It’s been an absolute pleasure to host two TLH Belief Breakfasts in London in September and November 2024.
This was an opportunity to bring together senior leaders from both sport and business. Leaders connected with each other, collaborated and swapped ideas.

We heard TLH talk about how confidence works and the role of belief. Olympic Coach and TLH Belief Partner, Mel Marshall MBE then shared her insights and story from her high-performance world and the role belief plays. She also talked very honestly about her own challenges as a leader in high performance and the importance of putting people before performance. We had some fantastic people joining the sessions including Head Coach, England Rugby – Steve Borthwick, Olympian – Rebecca Adlington, Head of Culture and People for UK Sport – Alex Stacey, amongst a host of other brilliant high-performance leaders.
“WOW – what a great morning and inspiring session! Thank you so much again for having me and making it so welcoming. We all have different stories to share but The Leadership High are the magic that showcase different perspectives and give people a platform to share and learn and it’s just wonderful to see this in action. Thank you for shining a light and I hope to see you again soon TLH.”
“Thank you so much for the invite today. Mel is INCREDIBLE and it’s wonderful to meet so many connections. I needed to fuel myself and took so much away from this today.”

“I am so glad I came and really enjoyed hearing about what you do at The Leadership High to build stronger leaders and teams. It was a welcome pause and reflect for me from supporting people development in the Olympic and Paralympic world. A huge thanks for providing the space for such a diverse group to come together today.”
