The Leadership High (THL) is very proud to announce their first charity partnership with national youth charity Snow Camp.
Dan Charlish, Snow Camp Founder said, “Sometimes, partnerships are just meant to be – and that’s how it feels with Sarah and the team at The Leadership High. Our shared beliefs around the power of the mountains and confidence to change lives have driven both of our organisations forward, and their passion to support Snow Camp and get behind our work with young people was instant. We are very excited to see where the partnership leads, and we know we can positively impact many young lives together’.
Snow Camp is a youth charity turning young lives around with the power of snow sports.
They use the mechanism of snow sports to bring about positive social change for young people. The shift from inner-city estate to the mountain environment is so extreme, creating a response in young people, widening their horizons and raising their aspirations.
Sarah MacDonald, TLH Founder said, “When I first met Dan and Snow Camp earlier this year and heard about their powerful story and the role that confidence, snow sports and the mountains play to develop young people’s lives, I just knew TLH had to work with this incredible charity. The Snow Camp story is so compelling and reflects so many aspects of the TLH journey and the role that confidence plays to develop stronger leaders and teams. We can’t wait to see this partnership develop”.
TLH will be supporting the Snow Camp Team by fundraising for Snow Camp and entering a TLH team in the fantastic
AJ Bell 3 Valley Rally in April (let us know if you want to join us). The TLH Transformation Partners will also be working with Snow Camp Leadership to build an even stronger team as they continue to develop the young people they are working with on a daily basis.
