It was a privilege to head to Cape Town this month to work with a team at their leadership offsite. We have been working with them for a year and we use both face to face and virtual environments to connect with them.
Our time in Cape Town over the two days allowed the team to come together and further build team trust. The leaders were exploring the role of belief and confidence to help them lead on another level. The programme covered many aspects to fuel the team and they also heard from Olympic Coach and TLH Belief Partner, Mel Marshall MBE. Mel shares her incredibly powerful story and the role that belief and adversity can play to go in pursuit of better. We also introduced some physical and mental challenge into the two days and climbed the amazing Lion’s Head. We reached the summit and most definitely had a leadership high! An incredible team who left feeling inspired and ready to take action. One of the leaders summed up her experience so well
