Our story

Sarah MacDonald / Founder

The moment
on the mountain.

For Sarah, skiing had always meant fear. In 2018, on a trip to the Pyrenees, her instructor Duncan listened to what was happening in her mind, not only what was happening on her skis. At the top of a red run he said, “You’ve got this. Just follow my line.”

Five minutes later she reached the bottom with total euphoria and a new understanding of what belief can unlock. On that very same day, on that mountain, The Leadership High was born.
