Female Leaders

Female Leader Accelerator

Confidence. Influence. Impact.

Participants together walking down a path

High-potential female leaders from across EMEA building an authentic leadership brand, and a network that lasts well beyond the programme.

The challenge

Each year, a cohort of high-potential female leaders from across the EMEA business is selected to take part in a leadership accelerator designed to strengthen their confidence, influence and leadership impact.

Selection for the programme is a signal of the organisation's belief in these leaders and their future. With that comes an expectation: that the experience will genuinely accelerate their development, not simply add to it.

The organisation wanted more than a traditional leadership programme. They were looking for an experience that was personal, practical and deeply experiential - one that equipped participants with the confidence to lead today while building meaningful relationships and a trusted network that would continue long after the programme had finished.

The participants came from different countries, functions and stages of their careers. That diversity was a strength, but it also meant a one-size-fits-all programme would not work. Each leader needed to find and build her own authentic way of leading, while the group needed to become a community that could support each other well beyond the formal programme.

“I became part of an incredible network of women who continue to challenge, support and inspire one another.”

Our approach

Every participant began with a personal discovery process, helping them better understand their strengths, motivations and natural leadership style. These insights formed the foundation of an individual development plan, enabling each leader to take ownership of their growth throughout the programme.

Drawing on high-performance psychology, neuroscience and elite-level coaching, TLH designed a six-month blended leadership programme that combined immersive face-to-face experiences, virtual learning, practical tools, personal reflection and real-world application.

The blend was deliberate. Face-to-face experiences created depth and connection. Virtual learning kept the programme moving between sessions. Practical tools and real-world application meant each leader was using what she learned in her role as she went, not saving it for later.

A dedicated online learning platform provided continuous access to programme content, resources and activities, helping participants embed new habits and apply their learning between sessions.

At the heart of the experience was a two-day immersive leadership event, where participants explored how to build an authentic leadership brand rooted in their values, purpose and strengths, while developing the confidence to lead with greater influence and impact.

Across the programme, participants developed the confidence to:

  • Lead with greater self-awareness, authenticity and purpose.
  • Understand how confidence is built and sustained under pressure.
  • Make clearer, more confident decisions.
  • Turn challenge and uncertainty into performance fuel.
  • Increase their influence and communicate with greater impact.
  • Build habits that strengthen long-term leadership performance.

Throughout, the cohort itself was part of the design. Shared experiences, honest conversations and learning together built the trust that would turn a group of participants into a lasting network.

The outcome

The programme delivered impact at both an individual and collective level.

Participants left with greater clarity about the leaders they wanted to become, practical skills they could apply immediately and individual development plans to support their continued growth beyond the programme. Grounded in their own values, purpose and strengths, each leader had a clearer sense of her authentic leadership brand and the confidence to lead with it.

Just as importantly, it fostered a strong and supportive network of female leaders. This community became a space for ongoing connection, challenge and shared learning, enabling participants to continue developing together long after the formal programme had ended.

For the organisation, the result was a cohort of high-potential leaders who were more confident, more connected and better equipped to lead - and a network that continues to strengthen leadership across the EMEA business.

  • Clarity on the leader each wants to become
  • Development plans that continue beyond the programme
  • A supportive network of female leaders
