Övül Sezer is an Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at Cornell University, where she teaches Leadership and Organizational Behaviour in the MBA program. Her research explores topics such as impression management, conflict resolution, negotiations, and leadership.
Before joining Cornell, Övül earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour from Harvard University.
Outside academia, Övül is passionate about comedy. In her limited spare time, you can often find her performing as a stand-up comedian at the Gotham Comedy Club in New York City.
